About the Bend location:

At Hale Health in Bend we have one practitioner who is a naturopathic physician and licensed acupuncturist. We are a health and wellness clinic and do not administer vaccines at this time.

Dr. Kathryn Brooks works with patients individually offering a treatments for musculoskeletal pain using natural pain injection therapies, acupuncture and cupping, nutritional IV therapy and cosmetic treatments for spider veins (sclerotherapy) and ElaProMed skin rejuvenation.

If you are interested in a primary care physician (PCP), Dr. Brooks has limited availability for providing primary care.  Dr. Brooks provides friendly and supportive care to all her patients. If you are selected to be a primary care patient, referrals to specialists in the area will be provided if necessary, laboratory testing and imaging according to the standard of care can be ordered.

Laboratory testing may include the following: hormones, food sensitivity, environmental toxicity and specialized gastrointestinal health testing are a few of the laboratory options. Medical imaging will be referred to an imaging facility.

Insurance Billing: Hale Health in Bend offers insurance billing, but this does not guarantee coverage by your insurance company, nor does it guarantee payment by the insurance company. It is always best to verify coverage with your insurance company prior to any appointments. It is the patient's responsibility to verify insurance coverage.
