Yes, we will bill your insurance, but that does not guarantee you have insurance coverage or that the insurance company will pay the provider. It is your responsibility to verify insurance coverage prior to any appointments.

Efficient Medical Billing Service (EMBS) in Portland, Oregon is our off-site insurance billing company who will oversee all claims and will send medical bills and invoices on our behalf.

How can I pay my insurance bill?

Clinic location- you may pay your bill in our office if you are there for an appointment or call us for payment over the phone.

How do I check to see if a specific doctor or practitioner is in my insurance network?

Often times you can check with your insurance company's website and search for a doctor by name or you may call your insurance company and give them the name of the provider or practitioner. Always verify the specific provider, not just the clinic name.

Medicare: supplemental health plans through one of the above listed companies offer extremely limited coverage. Please check your plan details, including maximum allowed amounts for natruopathic, acupuncture, massage or chiropractic coverage. Third-Party Plans: insurance coverage through companies such as Mutual of Omaha do NOT offer coverage provided by Naturopathic Physicians.

Auto Injury or Accident: we accept all insurances for treatment related to an injury from a car accident. Please provide us with the insurance company's name, claim number and date of accident.

Worker's Compensation: coverage is limited and depends on which company is providing the insurance. A referral from a Medical Doctor or Physical Therapist may be required for this type of coverage for treatment.
